At LEMBE, we are committed to delivering your order securely, efficiently, and with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.
- DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
- SHIPPING FEES
Standard nationwide delivery is charged at R130.
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location.
LEMBE reserves the right to adjust shipping rates where necessary.
- ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 7–10 business days for production and order processing.
As many of our garments are prepared with intentional care and limited production practices, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, operational delays, or high-demand periods.
- ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification containing your tracking information.
This information can be used to monitor your parcel directly through the courier service provider.
- DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
LEMBE cannot be held responsible for
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate contact information supplied by the customer
Should a parcel be returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- MISSED DELIVERIES
If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier may:
- Attempt a re-delivery, or
- Hold the parcel at a designated collection point
It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the courier where necessary.
- SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
Certain items may require special shipping arrangements due to size, weight, packaging, or limited-release handling requirements.
LEMBE reserves the right to adjust shipping methods, pricing, or delivery arrangements where necessary.
- LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
We take great care in packaging every order securely.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier partner, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping provider. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or experiences a significant delay, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the matter.
